Refund Policy

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

General Guidelines

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@luucid.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
  • The product is defective.
  • The product was damaged in shipping.
  • The product is tampered.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellation & Replacement Policy

Cancellations and replacements will be allowed under the following conditions:

  • The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
  • The product is defective.
  • The product was damaged in shipping.
  • The item was not delivered on the agreed time.

If no cancellation or refund policy applies, this will be clearly communicated to customers before the purchase decision is made.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@luucid.co.
