Domestic Shipping (Kuwait Only)

• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 24-48 hours. Free delivery.

General Guidelines

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
• Deliveries are made from Sunday to Thursday.
• Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Payment Confirmation

• Customers will receive payment confirmation via email within a few hours of making the payment.

• Please keep the proof of delivery receipt signed/confirmed by the registered customer.

• Luucid will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Kuwait.
