Delivery and Shipping Policy

Delivery Area

Luucid currently delivers exclusively within Kuwait. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 24–48 hours after the order is successfully confirmed.

Deliveries are made from Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including incorrect delivery details, difficulty contacting the customer, severe weather, or other unexpected disruptions.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is free for all orders within Kuwait. No delivery charges will be added at checkout.

Order and Payment Confirmation

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please review the order and delivery details and contact us promptly if any information is incorrect.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure that someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the order.

The recipient may be asked to confirm receipt by signature, electronic confirmation, or another form of proof of delivery. Please retain any delivery confirmation for your records.

Luucid will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate or incomplete contact or address information provided by the customer.
